However, in the event an eviction is the legal next step, our team will collaborate with a local eviction attorney to serve eviction notices in accordance with county requirements. Please note that the cost of the eviction attorney will be incurred by you
We work with property owners to tailor a repair protocol specifically for your needs. Typically, RE One handles any repairs under $500 and then deducts the cost from the next month’s rent. A
copy of the repair receipts will be emailed to you. Additionally, you will be notified of any repair issues/request the same day we receive them.
